Our Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!

If you are not satisfied with your order from us for any reason, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery date, which is on the customers fees. Items must be in new original condition and in their original packaging.

Simply email us at carson@uniwalkercases.com with your order number, and we will provide a return label. All returns are subject to a 6% processing fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount to cover handling. 

Please send us a return request before processing your return. Otherwise your returned item might be rejected if you send it directly to us without our confirmation. And we won't be responsible for that.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly request that you place a new order for the desired item online. Treat your original purchase as a return for a refund. This ensures you secure the item you want, even if it's temporarily out of stock, while we process your return.

Refund

We accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be credited back to your payment account used for the purchase. And the refunds typically take up to 1-2 weeks to process. Your bank may require additional time to complete the refund transaction once they receive the necessary information from us.

  • Items discounted by 30% or More
  • Items that are not purchased directly through our website
