Shipping Policy
SHIPPING METHOD
We currently ship to only within the US mainland.
Most orders ship directly from our factory in China.
Due to extremely limited stock in our US warehouse, an international shipping fee will be applied at checkout for ALL orders.
To potentially avoid this fee: we recommend contacting us before purchase to confirm if your desired item is currently in stock at our US warehouse. If we confirm US stock availability for your item, the international shipping fee will be waived.
SHIPPING COST
7-15 Days Delivery, $150(Customs and import duties NOT included);
15-30 Days Delivery, $100(Customs and import duties NOT included);
30-45 Days Delivery, $60(Customs and import duties NOT included).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
We will ship the items out as soon as possible(1-3 business days). However, during Busy Sale and Holiday Periods, shipping times may be extended a little bit. The cut-off times are provided to us by our shipping partners. We are unable to guarantee delivery times during these peak periods.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
At this time, UNIWALKER is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.
FORWARDING
UNIWALKER is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. UNIWALKER is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
PLEASE NOTE
- Customs and import duties will apply upon arrival. Client should be responsible for the fees if there is any.
- Personalized and bespoke products cannot be returned as they were especially made for you. We can only accept a return if there is a fault or a quality
- Sale items are not returnable and not refundable.
